In January 2008 Digital Matrix Studio Inc held a strategic planning session internally. During this session we as a company decided to move in a different direction. During the past 8 years we have promoted ourselves as a production company. We have been successful in this area but see many oportunities to work with our clients in a more rewarding capacity. As stated in our mission statement we strive to develop relationships with our clients. To do this effectively we must believe in the clients product or service and they must believe in us. Our new direction will focus on marketing and business development. THis will allow us to do everything that a company needs and we will charge them a flat monthly fee. This is easy for companies to budget and plan for. The client will recieve regular reports and are in constant contact with the project manager. We look forward to working with our current clients in a new capacity and developing new relationships.
During the change other items internally will also be changing. The company will have a new corporate identity and will now will be refered to as Digital Matrix with our all new logo.
